Justin Tasting-Open House

Justin planted it's first Paso Robles vineyard back in 1981 with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, they've expanded both knowledge of viticulture in this unique region as well as their stake in Paso Robles.Paso Robles’ distinctive microclimate offers the widest day-night temperature swings of any grape-growing region in California with hot days that allow the grapes to develop intense flavor, and cool nights that create great structure and balance. Justin combines traditional Old World methods, like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak, with New World technology.Their winemakers, some of the best in the business, select, age, taste, blend, and decide what goes into every bottle.Stop by and taste 4 Justin wines with a representative from the Winery on February 11 from 6-8pm. Cost to taste is $35/$30 Wine Club members.
