Heavy Hitter Holiday Tasting 2025
This is the holiday wine tasting you've been waiting for! 36 wines of distinction and a true wine lover's tasting with some high end favorites and some magical discoveries you'll make along the way. A 'walk around' style event with six tables of wine, and hors d'oeuvres stations. We'll also have Columbus's own Fortin cured meats and salami back, showcasing their favorite cured wine compliments! These will be 1oz. pours...after all, 36 oz of wine is over a bottle of wine! Some notable wineries featured are Hall, Palmaz, Pride, Joseph Phelps, Drappier Champagne...just to name a few!

This isn’t just any wine, it’s a global celebration! Since 1982,Georges Duboeuf has brought the magic of Beaujolais Nouveauto the U.S., turning a regional French tradition into aninternational phenomenon on the 3rd Thursday of every November. The Vavros’ signature graphic style, seen on products for legendary names like Paul Bocuse and Villeroy & Boch, brings a bold, modern flair that perfectly complements the energy of Beaujolais Nouveau.The 2025 label once again features the unmistakable touch of the Vavros, a nod to the timeless appeal of this ever-evolving wine. Sea Smoke Tasting
Sea Smoke was founded in 1999 with the purchase of a rare property in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA north of Santa Barbara that had long been coveted by local winemakers and growers for its clear potential as a site capable of producing extraordinary Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. This incredible piece of land would become Sea Smoke’s estate vineyards and in 2001 the first vintage was released to wide acclaim, instantly cementing Sea Smoke’s status as one of the top producers of Pinot Noir in California. In the pursuit of coaxing the best possible expressions of Pinot Noir from their estate vineyard, they began farming organically in 2005 while also applying the principles of biodynamic farming to a portion of the estate.
Over the next ten years, they employed biodynamic farming practices across their estate vineyards and today they continue to farm organically and biodynamically while pushing into the realm of regenerative agriculture. Today, the portfolio is comprised of three estate Pinot Noirs: Grand, Ten and Southing; an estate Chardonnay; and Sparkling, “Sea Spray” that, together, express the full range and singular quality of our estate terroir.
Sea Smoke’s approach to winemaking is highly intuitive. Every wine is made as a barrel selection; throughout fermentation and aging, they keep each block and clone combination as separate lots. This approach provides a deep understanding of the characteristics of every block and yields an array of flavors and characteristics that the winemaker draws upon during blending, ensuring that each of our wines displays a consistent character profile.
Join us on December 2 @ 6:30pm for a tasting of Sea Spray Sparkling, Sea Smoke Chardonnay, Ten Pinot Noir and Southing Pinot Noir together with lite bites. Please let us know of any dietary constraints so we can make your tasting as enjoyable as possible!
